Our pricing is based on different product versions' features and services, so the prices vary. The billing unit is based on the number of monthly downloads. You can subscribe to the version you need based on monthly average download quantities in a tiered manner. The subscription period can be monthly or annually, and it's prepaid. Yes, you can. The individual purchase outside the plan is priced at $0.8 per download for Basic and $0.6 per download for Pro and Premium.

If you are just starting your business trial, with a monthly download volume of less than 1,000 and simple requirements, we recommend trying out the Basic version.

If your business is experiencing good growth, has advanced requirements, and requires API integration, we suggest using the Pro version.

If you have higher customization needs for eSIM Profiles and require enterprise-level exclusive security/customer support, we recommend selecting the Premium version.

We consider downloading the same QR code based on the same EID after it has been deleted and downloaded again as a Re-download. In travel SIM business scenarios, Re-downloads and multiple successful installations are counted as a single download.

If you purchase on an annual basis, we will not check for monthly overages; the total is calculated based on the annual cycle. If your monthly volume consistently increases on average, we recommend upgrading your package.

Example:
If you purchase the BASIC Plan with 100 monthly downloads and only use 80 downloads in a given month, the remaining 20 downloads will be forfeited in the next billing cycle. However, if you choose to pay annually, any unused downloads in a given month will carry forward, and you will have a full year to utilize them.

You can choose to upgrade across versions as well as increase your download volume. You have the flexibility to upgrade on any given day. We will calculate the actual downloads and deduct the benefits before the upgrade, determining the amount you need to pay for the new, higher version, taking into account the previous version's unused balance.

The formula for the calculation is: New Version Amount - (Old Version Amount - (Download Count * Unit Price))

For example, you want to upgrade from Pro (100 downloads/monthly billed at $199) to Pro (1000 downloads/monthly billed at $549), and you have 20 unused. We convert these unused downloads to credit. You can find the calculation logic below.

1. We calculate the price per single download in your original price plan.We do this by dividing the price of the plan with the number of downloads. In this example, the original price of the Pro plan is $149 and it has 100 downloads per month.$149 divided by 100 downloads equals $1.49 per download.
2. We multiply the price per download by the number of unused downloads. Our price per download is $1.49 and there are 20 unused operations. $1.49 multiplied with 20 unused downloads equals $29.8, which is the amount of the credit.
3. The upgrade cost is calculated by subtracting the credit from the total price of the new plan. Subtract $29.8 from $549, and the result is $519.2.

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle, and no new subscriptions will be generated after that. Your business can continue to operate normally until the validity period and benefits expire.
